Men's Basketball Completes Signing Day by Inking Miles Seward

The 6-2 shooting guard hails from Toronto, Ontario, Canada and will bring another level for the Bears at the guard position.
GREELEY, Colo. – The men's basketball team rounded out its early signing period on Wednesday, inking Miles Seward for the 2015-16 season.
Seward, a native of Toronto, Ontario, Canada fills another need at guard for the Bears.
Miles is going to be another great addition to the program," Hill said. "He represents so many things that we value both on and off the court. We are very excited about what he brings to our program and look forward to getting the chance to coach him."
Miles Destin Seward (6-3, 172-lbs, Shooting Guard)
Though he grew up in Canada, Seward played his high school basketball in California for Saddleback Valley Christian. While playing for the Warriors, Seward averaged 17 points a game and earned All-League and All-District honors.
After graduation Seward headed back to Canada for a post-grad year at Athletes Institute in Orangeville, Ontario, playing basketball for the Bears.
Seward owns two school records for most points in a game, with 48, and recording 8 three-pointers in a single contest.
