Head softball coach Dedeann Pendleton-Helm announced the addition of Victoria Alvarez Outlaw to the Northern Colorado softball staff in July 2026. Outlaw serves as an assistant coach for the Bears.

Outlaw comes to Greeley after coaching travel ball at the highest competitive level with the elite Arizona Storm organization, bringing a strong foundation of player development and high-level game strategy to the program.

Prior to her coaching career, Outlaw was a standout NCAA Division I shortstop at Creighton University. A reliable fixture in the Bluejays' infield, she anchored the defense throughout her collegiate career and delivered clutch offensive performances, including earning Big East Weekly Honor Roll recognition during her 2020 campaign at the North Texas Tournament.

Outlaw earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work with a minor in Criminal Justice from Creighton University before completing her Master’s Degree in Forensic Psychology at Arizona State University.

Off the field, she enjoys working out, exploring, and trying new foods. She was recently married to her husband, Tony Outlaw, and lives with him and their two dogs, Mamba and Winston.
