Noah is in his second year as the Assistant Director of Facilities and Events. In his current role he is the primary game manager for women's basketball, volleyball, wrestling and softball. He also assists as the secondary game manager for football and Swim and Dive. Noah's other duties are managing and training all 50 plus student workers for all athletic events, creating visiting team guides and ensuring all maintenance of athletic facilities is coordinating effectively.

Prior to his time as the Assistant Director of Facilities and Events, Noah was the Coordinator of Facilities and Events (2023-2024). In his role as coordinator he was the primary game manager for women's soccer, baseball, cheer and dance. He also assisted with planning and executing the Big Sky Volleyball Championship and Track and Field Championship at UNC.

A native of Scottsdale, Arizona. Harvey graduated from UNC with his bachelors degree (2021) and masters degree in (2024).
