Cole Heiberger brings a detail-oriented and analytical approach to managing complex financial portfolios. A graduate of Texas Christian University’s Neeley School of Business, he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate.
Heiberger served in Accounting and Finance at PRG Management in Chicago where he oversaw financial operations for a diverse property portfolio. His responsibilities included preparing financial statements, managing reconciliations, coordinating payments, and supporting clients through budgeting and underwriting processes. He also played a key role in ensuring accuracy across general ledger accounts, fixed assets, and commission distributions.
Prior to PRG Management, Heiberger gained experience in real estate appraisal, financial compliance, and retail management. Their background includes roles with Valbridge Property Advisors, JPMorgan Chase & Co., and Printer’s Row Wine Shop, where he developed skills in financial analysis, data management, customer service, and operational efficiency.
In addition to professional experience, Heiberger has demonstrated leadership through philanthropic work as a former Philanthropy Chair for Delta Tau Delta, collaborating with organizations such as JDRF and Ronald McDonald House. He has also been actively involved in community service through volunteer work with DuPage PADs.
Outside of work, Cole enjoys traveling, following sports, spending time outdoors, and being with friends and family.
