Ran in five meets...ran his best 8k if the season at the Greeno/Dirksen Invitational with 26:09.6....finished 52nd at the Big Sky Cross Country Championships with a time of 26:26.7.

2024
Competed in the 8k at the Big Sky Conference Championships and finished with a personal best time of 26:05.7. Also finished 35th and set a personal best in the 4-Mile at the UIW Invitational with a time of 20:52.1. Osmund set a personal best 5k time at the 2024 Wyoming Invite with 16:32.5.

2023
Assisted the team to a 7th place finish at the 2023 Big Sky Cross Country Championships by running the 8k with a time of 27:27.3. Also had a season best 8k finish at the Highlander Invitational with a time of 26:47.5.
