Made his collegiate debut at the Wyoming Invite, finishing the 5k in 17:49.1...Completed his first collegiate 8k in 27:17.1 at the Greeno/Dirksen Invite...Wrapped up his freshman campaign at the 2025 Big Sky Championships (8k - 28:56.2).

High School: A dedicated and consistent distance runner from Legend High School in Parker, Colorado, Max Kedrowski joins the Bears after a standout high school career in cross country and track. Known for his reliability and work ethic, Kedrowski earned multiple coaching honors, including “Mr. Consistency” and “Most Valuable Runner.” He holds the third fastest 5K time in school history and was a three-year varsity letterman. In addition to distance running, he competed in basketball, highlighting his well-rounded athleticism.

Academic Honors: Max earned CHSAA Academic All-State Honorable Mention in both 2023 and 2024 and has appeared on the Honor Roll for three consecutive years.

Personal: Son of Alison and Rob Kedrowski, Max has one sibling, Meadow. He chose UNC for its strong academic offerings in health sciences and its in-state location. A Health Science major in the exploratory track, he aspires to work in the medical field helping others. Outside of running, Max enjoys playing basketball, watching movies, and staying active.
