GREELEY, Colo. - The University of Northern Colorado Athletics Department's annual Building Champions Giving Campaign is officially underway, running October 6-9. This four-day campaign brings the Bears community together to support the more than 400 student-athletes who proudly represent UNC on the field, in the classroom and throughout the community.
During the campaign, gifts will directly support team-specific initiatives that provide UNC student-athletes with the resources and opportunities they need to excel in their academic and athletic pursuits.
This year's campaign also features two opportunities for Bears fans to make an even greater impact while supporting their favorite teams.
Unleash the Bears – Rally Your Pack
All UNC teams are competing to bring in the most donors throughout the campaign. The top three teams will earn additional funds to support their programs:
Bear Strong – Power Hour
On the final day of the campaign, October 9, from 3-4 p.m., gifts will be matched dollar-for-dollar up to a $5,000 matching gift cap. Power Hour gifts are limited to $250 per gift and $500 per person, giving donors another opportunity to maximize their impact and help UNC Athletics finish the campaign strong.
Your support is more than a donation — it is an investment in the growth, success and future of UNC student-athletes. By giving to Building Champions, you are helping provide the resources that allow our Bears to compete at the highest level, succeed in the classroom and become champions in life.
