UNC Women’s Golf Hits The Road to Open 2025-2026 Season

GREELEY, Colo. — The Northern Colorado women's golf team is gearing up for its first road trip of the season as they travel to Bartlesville, Oklahoma to compete in the Clerico Women's Invitational, hosted by Oral Roberts University at Hillcrest Country Club. The two-day event promises to bring competitive energy as teams from across the region tee off.
The Bears head into this tournament with strong momentum following an impressive 2024–25 season. They capped off last year with a sixth-place finish at the Big Sky Conference Championship, held at the Wigwam Blue course in Litchfield Park, Arizona.
Earlier in the year, the team made waves at the "Mo"morial Tournament hosted by Texas A&M. The Bears placed third after day one and surged to finish second overall, demonstrating their ability to compete at a high level against strong competition.
With a core group of key returners and a few talented newcomers added to the roster, Northern Colorado looks poised for a promising season. The team aims to build on last year's achievements and continue to rise in the rankings as the season unfolds.
