Lisa Ebeling's crew sewed together one of the best seasons in program history. Undefeated in dual meets this year, the Bears rose to its highest Mid-Major ranking in school history and knocked off Colorado State for the first time in the process. WAC Swimmer of the Year Madelyn Moore and two-time Swimmer of the Week Anna Austin led the way as UNC took home four gold medals at the Conference Championships and carded 39 lifetime best swims.

Northern Colorado climbed to its highest Mid-Major ranking (17th) in program history.
Â

Junior standout Anna Austin solidified Western Athletic Conference Swimmer of the Week honors not once, but twice throughout the season.
Â

No one in the conference was better than Madelyn Moore in 2020-21. The Burmada native took home Swimmer of the Year honors after lighting up the WAC Championships for three gold medals and a school record in the 100 back (54.10).
Â

UNC secured four gold medals at this year's WAC Championships. Madelyn Moore, who accounted for three of them, touched the wall first in the 50 free, 100 free and anchored the 400 free relay. Paula Nunez Blazquez also boasted a gold medal effort in the 400 IM with the fifth-fastest time in Bear history.
Â

Across the entire 2020-21 season, Northern Colorado swimmers dialed-up lifetime bests an incredible 39 times.
