@unc_bears Announce Student Section T-Shirt Design Contest

UNC Athletics is excited to announce the 2017-18 Bear Den Student Section T-Shirt Design Contest! The 2017-18 Official Student Section t-shirt will be designed for the students, by the students and the student with the winning design will win a $100 credit to the UNC Bookstore. T-shirts will be available for students beginning this fall at home UNC athletic contests.
UNC Students will vote on the winner beginning Monday, May 22, and voting will conclude at 11:59 p.m. on July 30. The winner will be notified Tuesday, August 1 and the winning design will be announced Friday, August 18. T-shirts will be available beginning at the 2017 UNC Football home opener on Saturday, September 2.
All UNC students are eligible to submit a design for the 2017-18 Student Section T-Shirt and all designs are due by 11:59 p.m. on May 15. All designs must be submitted via email to athletics@unco.edu and must meet the following design requirements:

- All designs must be digitally created and submitted as a .jpg, .png, .pdf - no hand-drawn designs.
- The design must include the phrase "Bear Den"
- The design must positively reflect the mission and values of the University of Northern Colorado and UNC Athletics.
- The design must include the official marks of UNC Athletics and must be compliant with all branding guidelines. Logos can be found here:Â http://www.unco.edu/university-relations/brand-tools/
- The design can be two colors and will be screened on a white shirt.
