Men's Basketball (8-13, 5-4 Big Sky)
This Week: Men's hoops continues its three-game home stand with Weber State (Feb. 4) and Idaho State (Feb. 6) coming to Bank of Colorado Arena for 7:00 p.m. showdowns.
Last Week: The Bears picked up their fourth straight win after outlasting North Dakota 71-70 last Saturday in the team's lone game of the week.
Need to Know: Freshman guard, Jordan Davis hit the go-ahead bucket with 10 seconds remaining and junior guard, Jordan Wilson pulled off the stop at the other end of the court to secure the win.

This Week: UNC is on the road for two more before coming back home, heading to Weber State and Idaho State on Thursday and Saturday. The Bears knocked off both teams at home earlier this season on last second shots.
Last Week: Women's hoops dropped another heartbreaker on the road at North Dakota, 54-51. UNC had a last second shot to tie the game, but it bounced off the back of the rim and out, dropping their eighth straight road game.
Need to Know: Savannah Smith was the only player to reach double figures for the team in the three-point loss. Smith poured in 15 points and added two steals to go along with it. It was the freshman guard's third straight game of scoring 15 points or more.
Good to Know: The last time Northern Colorado won on the road came back on Nov. 13 when they defeated Denver 60-51, since then the team has yet to get a W away from Greeley.

Football (National Signing Day)
This Week: National Signing Day for college football will take place this Wednesday, Feb. 3 and the Bears are looking to gain some big time recruits.
What's Going on: Follow UNCBears.com's "Signing Day Central" all for the most up-to-date news on the team's newest signees. UNC Athletics will also be hosting a "Signing Day Live" recap show beginning at 4:00 p.m. (MT) and can be seen online.
Hear From: Fans will get to hear from new Defensive Coordinator and Associate Head Coach, James Jones for the first time. Jeff Butler, the new Director of Sports Performance will also make an appearance and give an update on the team's offseason conditioning. Finally, we'll catch up with Offensive Coordinator, Jon Boyer and Head Coach, Earnest Collins Jr. to hear their take on the new class.

Swimming & Diving (11-9, 0-6 WAC)
This Week: Swim and Dive will host its final home meet of the season, taking on in-state rival, Colorado State on Wednesday, Feb. 3 at 5:00 p.m. The Divers will then head back to Air Force this weekend, competing in the Academy's Diving Invite.
Last Time Out: The Bears once again swept the weekend, gaining four more wins over Nebraska-Kearney and CSU-Pueblo.
Need to Know: The team literally swept every race and dive both days, winning 26 straight swim and dive events over the opposing teams.
Good to Know: Wednesday's event against the Rams will be held in the Butler-Hancock Swimming Pool and is FREE of charge to fans. Fans can keep up to date with the swimming and diving team on Twitter (@UNCOSwim_Dive). In addition, official results from this weekend's event can be found at UNCBears.com

This Week: Men's Tennis is on the road to begin conference play, taking on North Dakota on Sunday, Feb. 7 at 9:00 a.m. (MT) in Grand Forks.
Last Time Out: The Bears dropped a pair of matches against UC Davis (6-1) and Abilene Christian (7-0).
Need to Know: Despite the loss against the Aggies, UNC did pick-up a big singles win in the No. 2 match. Senior Eric Schuermans defeated ITA nationally ranked No. 38 Alec Adamson in three sets, 6-3, 3-6, 6-4 to earn the team's lone point in the match.
Good to Know: Last season the men's team swept North Dakota, 7-0, taking all six singles matches and earning the doubles point.
Track and Field
This Week: Northern Colorado is headed to South Bend, Indiana to compete in the coveted Meyo Invitational hosted by Notre Dame.
Last Time Out: The women's team took sixth, and the men eighth at the Air Force Invite two weekends ago.
Need to Know: After breaking the program's 200m record yesterday with a time of 24.59 seconds, Moriah Zachary improved on her record by .10 seconds, finishing in 24.49 in the event, good for third overall in the finals. Zachary's time now ranks as the second fastest in the Big Sky.
Good to Know: Junior sprinter, Susan Meinders took third overall in the 400m dash at Air Force, boasting 56.66 second finish. Meinders time of 56.60 seconds in the prelims now ranks as the fastest time in the conference.
Wrestling (3-5, 0-3 Big 12)
This Week: The wrestling squad closes out its three-match road swing at Wyoming on Saturday, Feb. 6, beginning at 7:00 p.m.
Last Time Out: Northern Colorado split the weekend picking up a big win over Boise State (22-15), but fell at Oregon State (35-6)
Good To Know: Both Trent Noon (197-lbs) and Eleazar DeLuca (157-lbs) went undefeated over the weekend. Noon picked up a pin over BSU's Harley DiLulo in the first period and then won by decision, 6-2 over the Beavers' Cody Crawford. DeLuca won by decision, 4-3 against Boise's Chris Castillo and then won another close one by decision, 3-2 over OSU's Abraham Rodriguez.
Need To Know: Benjamin Polkowske and Brian Macchione both earned wins last year against the Cowboys.
