Lexi Tuite and Jordan Knapke Named MyGreeley.Com UNC Student-Athletes of the Week

GREELEY, Colo. – Lexi Tuite (women's soccer) and Jordan Knapke (football) were named the MyGreeley.Com UNC Student-Athletes of the Week.
Tuite, a Celina, Texas, native collected the Bears' first hat trick in the D1 era. She became one of 13 freshmen in the nation with at least three goals in a game this season. She garnered the accolade after recording a hat trick in the season finale against Eastern Washington on Sunday. Tuite tallied her three goals in the first 47 minutes of action, including the game-winner in the ninth minute.
Tuite was also named the Big Sky Conference Player of the Week on Tuesday.
Defensive back-turned-linebacker, Knapke continues to rack up tackles.
The Aurora, Colorado native tallied a game-high 12 tackles, including a career-high 11 solo tackles at Cal Poly. Knapke is second on the team with 49 total tackles and leads the team with 28 solo stops on the season.
