At Contra Costa: Starting defensive lineman... finished with 36 tackles, 2.5 sacks and 6.5 tackles for loss in two seasons for the Comets.
High School: Was a three-sport athlete at Northgate High School, competing in basketball, track and field and football.... Finished his senior season as the Diablo Valley Athletic League Defensive Player of the Year and also earned First Team All-DVAC honors.
Was also recruited by Sacramento State, Cal Poly and Stephen F. Austin.
Personal: Son of Anthony and Nneka Ihejeto... Has one sibling... Plans to major in Communications at UNC.
