2006: Played in all 29 matches and 101 of the team's 106 games... Totaled 236 digs on the year... Had double-figure digs 11 times, including 17 in two matches... Combined with Abby Mayne and Lauren Carter for 48 percent of the Bears' digs.

High school: Was a four-year starter for Rampart... Was an all-state selection by the Rocky Mountain News as a senior... Tied the Colorado state high school record with 15 consecutive serves in a 15-0 win against Coronado High School in 2002... Was rated by PrepVolleyball.com as one of the top defensive players in the nation each of her last three years... Was captain of the 17-year-old team that took first at the Junior Olympic Nationals.

Personal: Born Sept. 6, 1988, in Riverside, Calif... The youngest of three daughters of Michael and Lauri VanDerMost.... Majoring in psychology at Northern Colorado.
