1999: Earned first team All-North Central Conference and AVCA All-North Central Region honors for the second-straight season ... named NCC Player of the Week (Oct. 31) after thrashing Morningside and South Dakota with 20 kills and a .703 attack percentage ... finished eighth in the league in hitting percentage (.309) and 10th in kills per game (3.66) ... currently ranks sixth in UNC history in both kills (1243) and attacks (3271), and seventh in digs (1284).

1998: First team All-NCC selection ... named to the AVCA All North Central Region team ... led UNC in kills, total attacks, digs and service aces ... led the NCC in digs and was third in kills per game ... set UNC single match records for kills (38) and attacks (95) against Colorado Christian ... her 486 kills rank her ninth on the single season list and her 1,333 attacks were good for seventh place on the total attacks list.

1997: Played in 103 games ... earned all-North Central Conference honorable mention honors ... led the Bears in kills (387) and total attacks (1,077) as a freshman ... also notched team highs in digs (356) and service aces (26).

Before UNC: Named Class 4A Player of the Year by the Denver Post and the Rocky Mountain News her senior year ... selected as Mizuno's 25th pick in the nation in the fall of 1996 ... Colorado Sportswoman of the Year in 1996 ... earned Junior National All-America honors in 1997 ... led her team to a fourth place finish at state her senior year ... high school coach - Mary McBride.
