2011:
Season stats
Wrapped up one of the most dominant seasons by a Bear with a number of accolades ... Named the 2011 Big Sky Conference Most Valuable Player and a member of the Big Sky All-Conference First Team for the second-straight year ... Arnold's MVP marked the first time a Bear Volleyball player earned the Big Sky's top individual honor ... It was no surprise Arnold was named Big Sky MVP after looking at her stats ... She was a conference leader statistically in Kills/Set (3.88) and Points/Set (4.54) ... Nationally, she finished 63rd in Kills/Set and 48th in Points/Set ... During the season, Arnold was also named to both the Hampton Inn & Suites Northern Colorado Classic and the Rams Volleyball Classic All-Tournament First Teams ... The awards didn't stop there, as she also named both Big Sky Player of the Week and Collegiate Volleyball Update National Player of the Week during the season ... To go along with leading the team in both kills (435) and total points (509.0), Arnold showed her all-around brilliance by finishing second on the team in assists (84), service aces (24), digs (274) and total blocks (94) ... Started in all 31 matches while playing in 112 total games ... Arnold rarely had an off-day as a junior -- notching double-digit kills in 25 of the Bears' 31 matches ... The month of October was an especially good month, as Arnold notched double-digit kills in eight of Northern Colorado's nine matches ... She finished up the year with 13 double-doubles, including two in the season's first two matches ... Perhaps her best match of 2011 came on Sept. 30 on the road against Eastern Washington when she ripped a season-high 28 kills on .521 hitting while also notching 14 digs and six total blocks ... She also came up huge during the 2011 Big Sky Volleyball Championship -- notching 30 kills, 19 digs and four blocks while helping propel the Bears to another NCAA Tournament appearance.

2010:
Season stats
Had a standout season in just her sophomore year, leading the Bears in kills (455), attacks (1072) and aces (28) en route to being named to the 2010 All-Big Sky Conference First Team and 2010 Big Sky Volleyball Championship All-Tournament Team ... Finished third on the team in assists (55), blocks (80) and digs (274) ... Earned three Big Sky Conference Player of the Week awards and was honored as the MVP of Northern Colorado's Hampton Inn & Suites Northern Colorado Classic in early September ... Also named to the 2010 San Diego State Aztec Invitational All-Tournament Team ... Had a team-most 11 double-doubles on the season ... Finished the year with a .296 attack percentage (third on the team; fourth in the Big Sky) ... One of just two players to see the floor in each of Northern Colorado's 121 games in 2010 (Amanda Arterburn) ... Finished with double-digit kills in all but seven of the Bears' 31 matches in 2010, including smacking down a career-high and Northern Colorado Division I-record 30 in Northern Colorado's 3-2 victory against Cal State Northridge in San Diego ... Proved a defensive stalwart, too, recording double-digit digs in 12 matches, including a stretch of seven out of eight matches between October 9 and November 6 ... Set career highs in single-match kills (30), assists (six), digs (18) and blocks (seven) ... Her 19 kills and nine digs against Georgia (Sept. 4) helped the Bears defeat an SEC opponent for the first time 1981 ... In mid-October put together a three-match stretch that saw her collect 69 kills and 46 digs in Big Sky road matches at Portland State, Eastern Washington and Sacramento State ... Led all players with 20 kills in the Bears' 3-2 season-ending loss to Portland State in the final match of the Big Sky Volleyball Championship.
