2009: Began career as one of the highest touted prospects to ever sign on with Northern Colorado ... Didn’t play in 26 of the Bears’ 129 games (injury) but still ranked fifth on the team with 234 kills and third on the sqaud in kills per game (2.27) ... Had double-digit kills in 13 matches, including a career-high 20 at Weber State on Halloween ... Finished season with 11 kills and a team-best .292 hitting percentage in Northern Colorado’s NCAA First Round loss to sixth-ranked Washington ... Also had four assists on the year as well as 41 blocks, second-most on the team among non-seniors.

HIGH SCHOOL: Earned three varsity volleyball letters and one letter in track for the Berthoud (Colo.) Spartans... Was the 2008 Northern League Player of the Year, a two-time All-State Team selection and finalist for Gatorade Player of the Year... Named a Prep Volleyball Fab 50 recruit for the class of 2009... Was a nominee for AVCA/UnderArmour All-Star Game (top 24 players in the nation)... Was an all-conference selection in 2006 before earning all-conference and all-state merit in 2007... Helped Spartans to conference, district and regional titles in 2007 before finishing seventh in the state... Was a member of Berthoud's honor roll in 2006 and 2007.

PERSONAL: Born in Fairview, Ohio... Parents are James and Julie Arnold... Has four siblings, Tammy, Jeff, Bree and Michelle.
