UNC wrestlers compete at Bart Brown Memorial, time moved to 5 p.m.

The University of Northern Colorado Bears will compete with Fort Hays State on Sunday evening in the Bart Brown Memorial Match at 5 p.m. at Wray High School. The match was previously scheduled for 6 p.m., but has been moved ahead an hour.

The proceeds from the match will go to the Bart Brown Wrestling Endowment which is a scholarship fund for UNC wrestlers. Brown, a former UNC wrestler and native of Wray, Colo., was killed in a car accident on the weekend of the NCAA national meet in 1998. He wrestled for UNC from 1988-92 earning All-America honors and was named to the GTE Academic All-America team.
