2010-11 (at NC State): Posted a 7-7 season record with a 2-5 dual mark… Three of his seven victories were by fall… Wrestled the entire year at 133 pounds… Finished fifth at the Pembroke Classic with a record of 5-2.

2009-10 (at NC State): Went 14-11 at 141 and 4-5 at 133… Had seven pins on the season, four at 141 and three at 133… Tied for the team high with seven pins… Won six of seven matches during one stretch in January, including a 9-8 win over Chase Smith of Wyoming and a 12-9 decision over Maryland's Matt Bogusz

High school: Was a three-time 4A state champion, two-time All-American, and the 2009 NHSCA national champion at 130 pounds for Fort Lupton… Went 41-3 as a senior to win his third consecutive state championship, then rolled unbeaten through the NHSCA National Championships… Finished his four-year career with a 155-9 record.
