2007-08: Went 14-11 on the season at 141, 149 and 157 pounds... Finished third at the NCAA Regionals, wrestling at 157... Tallied one major decision and one pin throughout the year.

2006-07: Redshirted.

High School: Attended Eaglecrest High School and was coached by Sparky Adair... Was a four-year letter winner... A two-time regional champion and three-time all conference winner... As a junior he finished 42-4 while finishing fifth at state... In his senior year he finished second at state with a record of 44-2.
