GREELEY, Colo. - The University of Northern Colorado women's basketball team will play against Utah Valley State at Eaton High School in Eaton, Colo., at 7 p.m. on Feb. 11. A scheduling conflict forced the move from Butler-Hancock Sports Pavilion.
It will not be the first time the Bears have played at Eaton. Northern Colorado played its first game of the 2002-03 season against Adams State at Eaton because the volleyball team hosted the NCAA Division II North Central Regional that year.
Northern Colorado holds a 3-1 all-time advantage over the Utah Valley, including 2-0 when the Bears are the home team. The Bears won both games over the Wolverines last season, 75-54 and 68-64.
The Bears (10-9) have won five out of their last six games, including five in-a-row at home. Northern Colorado will travel to Texas this weekend to take on Texas A&M-Corpus Christi at 2 p.m. on Saturday and Texas-Pan American at 6 p.m. on Monday.
