With the win, the Bears improve their record to 9-8. It is the first time the Bears have had a record over .500 since they had a 4-3 record on Dec. 3.
Junior Heather Barbour finished just one point off her career high of 21. It was her third game with at least 20 points this season. It was also her ninth double-figure game this season.
Junior Danielle Hagen's 15 points was a season-high. Her six assists was also a season high. With the 10 rebounds, it was her second double-double of the season.
When the Bears win this season, they win big. Their average margin of victory is now 18 points.
The 20 point win over Texas-Pan American for the Bears was by far the most lopsided game in series history. In the previous two meetings, the final scores were decided by an average of just three points.
Northern Colorado is 4-0 in January.
It was the first time this season the Bears ended up with a final point total in the 70's.
Junior Jena Fosdick's five assists was a season-high.
The game was the last of a six game home stand for the Bears. Northern Colorado finished 5-1 in that span.
