2010-11 (at Colby): Was a Jayhawk All-Conference Second Team selection... Led the team with 13.8 points and 7.5 rebounds per game... Shot .517 from the field and was second on the team with 14 blocked shots.

2009-10 (at Colby): Averaged 14.4 points and 7.2 rebounds per game as a freshman... Played in just 14 of the team's 30 games due to injuries... Shot .503 from the field and .767 from the free throw line (56-for-73).

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduate from Holy Faith Secondary School in Dublin, Ireland... In addition to basketball, she participated in hockey, track Gaelic (Irish football) and cross country... Named Player of the Year every year as a high school player and was the team captain for six years... Also a member of the honor roll and dean's list.

PERSONAL: Is one of two daughters of Laura and Paul Thornton with an older sister, Jill... Born July 29 in Dublin... Hopes to become a sports nutritionist or dietician.
