2007: Started in 28 of the Bears' 30 matches and was on the court for 112 of Northern Colorado's 114 games as a true freshman... Her 238 kills were fifth most on the team... Had a second-best .171 attack percentage... Had a season-high 17 kills in the Bears' 3-2 victory against Northern Arizona on Oct. 13... Had the third-most total blocks (70)... Had double-digit kills nine times.

High school: Lichtenberg played for her mother, Diane, at Bettendorf High School where she was a 4A all-state selection as a junior and a senior... A three-time all-conference selection and was the Mississippi Athletic Conference (MAC) Player of the Year as a junior in 2005... A team captain, she was an All-Tournament selection at the 2005 State Championship, where Bettendorf finished as the runner-up... She also played club volleyball with the Iowa Rockets.
