for 23 years at Douglas County High School in Castle Rock, Colo....
Was head baseball coach at Douglas County from 1994-1996... Was
head softball coach at Douglas County from 1991-2004... Was
starting second baseman on the winningest team (40-11) in
Univeristy of Denver baseball history... Was assistant baseball
coach at the University of Denver for three years... Was head
softball coach at Colorado School of Mines for eight years... Was
honored as Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference softball "Coach of
the Year" in 2003... Won nine league championships (baseball and
softball) and one state championship in 15 years as high school
head coach.
Personal: Married to Linda... Has three
daughters, Mackenzie, Stephanie and Lyssa... Has two
granddaughters, Emma and Elsie.
