1999: The Bears' power hitter, Helmick stroked four doubles, four triples and four home runs while hitting .316 ... leads all UNC returnees with 25 RBI in 1998-99 ... hit five home runs during the fall season with a slugging percentage over 1.000 ... Defensive Golden Glove award winner.

Before UNC: Transferred from Colorado College where she was named Offensive MVP in 1997-98.
