IRVINE, Calif. - The University of Northern Colorado women's golf team took 11th place at the California-Irvine Anteater Invitational, held at the Dove Canyon Country Club.

Heather Daviner led the Bears on the final day of the tournament with a round of 80, closely followed by Regina Rodriguez with 81.

Kelley Newton held the teams best overall score with 243. Followed by Jenny Henderson (244), Rodriguez (247), Daviner (253) and Matti Nelson (255) to close out the Bears' scoring.

The host Anteaters ranked first, and had the tournament leader with Selanee' Henderson at 216.
