Division I All-Independent honorable mention selection, as well as
a member of the all-academic team... Played and started in all 28
games... Was named to the Wingate Classic All-Tournament team after
scoring 17 points and recording 20 rebounds against Marquette and
Boise State... Led the team in rebounds with 173 and was second in
assists with 66... Fourth on the team with 7.4 points per game...
Notched a career-high 16 rebounds in the Bears' 88-64 victory over
Cal State Fullerton on Nov. 20... Recorded two double-doubles on
the year in scoring and rebounding, with 15 points and 10 rebounds
against Texas-Pan American on Jan. 15 and 11 points and 10 rebounds
against Boise State on Nov. 26... Tallied at least two rebounds in
every game... Is just 68 rebounds and 34 assists shy of appearing
on the school's top 10 career list in both categories.
2004-05: Started
in all 28 games for the Bears... Earned Division I Independent
All-Academic honors... Led the team in rebounding with 6.3 per
game... Ranked second on the team with 63 assists and fourth on the
team with 6.4 points per game... Only player on the team to score
at least one point in every game... Had five games with at least 10
rebounds and scored in double figures three times... Tallied a
double-double with 11 points and 13 rebounds in a 77-48 win over
IPFW on Dec. 30... Earned a spot on the Division I Independent
All-Tournament team.
2003-04: Division I All-Independent honorable
mention selection as a freshman... Played and started in all 27
games... Led the team in rebounding, pulling down 161 total caroms
(6.0 per game)... Recorded double digits in rebounds three times
and was one of three Bears (Amber Elliott and Heather Barbour) to
record a double-double against CSU-Pueblo, tallying 10 points and
10 rebounds. It was the first time in school history three players
achieved that feat in the same game... Was second on the team with
63 total assists (2.3 per game)... Played 20-plus minutes in 25 of
the 27 games during the season... Led the team in rebounding 10
times.
