The Northern Colorado women's basketball team is teaming up with The Hospice and Palliative Care of Northern Colorado this year for the Pink Zone game.  Allnutt Funeral Home, Old Chicago, and New Balance are our key sponsors for this year's event.  In addition to our key sponsors and the University of Northern Colorado Women's Basketball Team, middle schools and high schools of Weld County will also join in raising money for HPCNC. 

The Pink Zone event will take place February 13th, 2010, and will begin at 5:30 p.m. with a reception in the Practice Facility next to Butler Hancock.  The game will follow at 7:05 p.m. against Weber State at Butler Hancock Athletic Center, where we will honor nurses and volunteers of The Hospice and Palliative Care of Northern Colorado. 

Jim Bettingfield, a friend and colleague of HPCNC, will serve as the honorary coach that night and sit on the bench as the women take on Weber State. 

Tickets for the event at priced are $30 and will include pizza from Old Chicago, a ticket to the game and a Pink Zone t-shirt. All proceeds will benefit Hospice and Palliative Care of Northern Colorado.
