Pintz Named NCC Softball Player of the Week

Jana Pintz of Northern Colorado and Kelly Moats of Nebraska-Omaha have been named the Players of the Week by the North Central Conference.

Pintz, a freshman infielder from Honolulu, Hawaii, hit .441 (15x34) in 10 games on the Florida swing. She scored nine runs, knocked in five runs, had three doubles and one home run.

Moats, senior left fielder from Beatrice, Neb., hit .440 (11x25) in 11 games in Florida. Moats collected eight RBI, five doubles and five walks while scoring seven runs.
