Softball Squad Drops a Pair of Games to Texas Tech, Texas A&M-Corpus Christi

SAN MARCOS, Texas - The University of Northern Colorado softball team lost a pair of games on Saturday at the 2005 CenturyTel Tournament hosted by Texas State University. The Bears suffered 3-0 loss to Texas Tech and followed it up with a 3-1 loss to Texas A&M-Corpus Christi.

The Bears were led in hitting by Morgan Dahlman and Casey Hogue as each UNC player went 3-for-8 on the day.

Northern Colorado dropped to 0-4 on the season. The Bears will look to break into the win column on Sunday when they take on Wichita State on the final day of the tournament.
