2009 ESPN THE MAGAZINE ACADEMIC ALL-DISTRICT TEAM: May 11, 2009

COACH SCHUNKE'S TAKE: "Jessie continues to provide a great deal of speed to the program’s offense as well as the outfield. She has developed into a strong vocal leader, which is something I have been looking to her for. She will be the anchor of our outfield this season, spending most of her time in center field."

High School: 2006 graduate of Arvada West High School...played second base and earned three varsity letters.

Personal: Born April 23, 1988 in Arvada, Colorado...parents William and Tracy Schoepflin...major at UNC is Visual Arts.
