HIGH SCHOOL: Marcovecchio was a four-time letter-winner for Legacy High School … She was named to all-conference teams in each of her first three years as a member of the Lightning … Marcovecchio has also been named to all-state teams in her sophomore and junior campaigns as well as being named a team-captain last season … Her career best batting average is .591 and she also lettered in golf … She led Legacy to four-straight state championships … During her senior campaign, she batted .571 with six homeruns, seven doubles, and six triples … Named to both the All-Colorado and 5A All-State teams during her senior year ... Played alongside Duffy for the Colorado Stars … She played club softball for the Colorado Styxx.
