Men's Tennis Beats South Dakota State, 6-1

OMAHA, Neb. -- The University of Northern Colorado men's tennis team won seven of nine matches en route to a 6-1 victory over South Dakota State Saturday afternoon in Omaha.

The Bears (1-2) got singles victories from their No. 2-6 players, starting with Paul Tschetter at No. 2 (4-6, 7-6 (6-1)) and continuing with Kollman Gearhart (6-2, 6-2), Austin Nunn (6-1, 6-3), Eric Kinsey (6-0, 6-3) and Jeremy Behm-Meyer (6-0, 6-0).

Nunn and Kinsey teamed up at No. 2 doubles to win 8-2 while Tschetter and Behm-Meyer won at No. 3, 8-1.
