Men's Golf Ties For 13th

COMPLETE RESULTS: Rice Intercollegiate 

HOUSTON, Texas - The Northern Colorado men's golf team played the final round of the Rice Intercollegiate on Tuesday in Houston, finishing in a tie for 13^th after shooting an overall score of 920 (305,306,309).

The third round was marked by improvement from sophomore Alberto Dell' Anna who shot a 73 in the final round of play and finished the tournament tied for 61^st with an overall score of 233 (81,79,73). 

Finishing with the best score on the team was sophomore Steve Bidne who tied for 30^th with a tally of 225 (71,74,80) while freshman Kory Harrell, who also shot 80 in the third round, finished tied for 75^th with a final of 244 (86,78,80).  Ryan Boshoven ended the tournament tied for 36^th with a final score of 227 (76,75,76), while senior Rich Lash finished in 73^rd carding an overall score of 241 (77,80,84).

The Bears will have almost a month to wait until their next tournament when they head to Napa Valley, Calif., where they will play in the Drake Spring Invitational March 15-17.
