University of Northern Colorado head men's golf coach Wally Goodwin today announced the signing of two golfers to National Letters of Intent. Goodwin signed both Stephen Bidne and Alberto Dell'Anna.

Stephen Bidne

Bidne was a four-year letterwinner at Roseville High School in Minnesota. He was the team captain his senior year and the team's MVP three straight seasons. He won the conference championship in both 2005 and 2007 and was a three-time All-Conference selection. This past season, Bidne was ranked #1 individually in the state of Minnesota in all but one week of the year.

Alberto Dell'Anna

Dell'Anna will join the Bears from Platja d'Aro, Spain, where he was ranked in the top-10 and won many different tournaments.

"I feel both will make valuable contributions towards excellent results for the men's golf team in the early tournaments this coming fall," said Goodwin. "Both are very talented golfers who have bright futures with Northern Colorado."
