Battling redshirt freshman Aaron Henderson for one of the starting cornerback positions ... will see action in nickel and dime coverages ... has been a splendid special teams player.

2003: Played in all 11 games as a defensive back and on special teams ... notched at least one tackle in eight contests ... returned one kick for 15 yards in the Bears' 48-17 win over Western Washington (Oct. 11).

2002: Saw action in 13 games as a backup defensive back ... also saw time on special teams ... recorded his first career quarterback sack against North Dakota State (Nov. 2) ... tallied a pair of two-tackle contests.

2001: Saw limited action and tallied five total tackles and recovered a fumble.

2000: Redshirted

High School: Selected first team all-state (class 5A) by the Rocky Mountain News following his senior season ... named first team all-Centennial League as a senior ... member of Mullen's 1998 state championship team ... great closing speed (4.45) and a nose for the football ... high school coach: Mick McCall.
