2007: Was an honorable mention All-Big Sky selection on special teams... Played in all 12 games for the Bears recording 26 tackles... Had a career-best five tackles against Portland State... Forced a fumble at Northern Arizona and returned one punt at Idaho State.

2006: Saw action in six games for the Bears, recording two tackles... Had his first career tackle at Sacramento State on Oct. 26.

2005: Redshirted.

High School: All-purpose player for Lakewood... Finished No. 7 in the state in both receiving and tackles... Earned First-Team All-State (Class 4A) honors from the Rocky Mountain News as a kick returner... Netted 128 rushing yards, 684 receiving yards and 90 passing yards during his senior season.

Personal: Born June 16, 1986... Son of Reed and Cheryl Lutz... A double major in journalism with an emphasis in public relations and advertising and communication studies with an emphasis in human communication.
