1998: Played in 12 games last season ... finished the season with 213 yards rushing on 38 carries (5.6/carry) ... also recorded 16 catches for 183 yards and two touchdowns ... was instrumental in the BearsÕ first-ever win in the Fargodome with 55 rushing yards (five carries) and 40 receiving yards (three receptions) in the 29-19 victory over North Dakota State (Oct. 3, 1998) ... ran for a touchdown and caught a TD pass in a 49-14 win over Morningside (Oct. 31, 1998) ... rushed six times for 44 yards in the BearsÕ first round playoff win over North Dakota (Nov. 21, 1998).

1997: Played in 14 games as a sophomore ... ranked third on the team in rushing (39 carries, 293 yards) ... averaged 7.5 yards per carry ... recorded his first career 100-yard game against Morningside (Nov. 1, 1997), when he carried 12 times for 149 yards, including a 93-yard TD scamper which ranks as the second longest run in UNC history ... scored on a 10-yard run to clinch a 35-19 win over Northwest Missouri State (Nov. 29, 1997) in the quarterfinals.

1996: Played in 13 games and ranked as the second leading rusher ... rushed for 68 yards on seven carries in 24-21 playoff victory over Pittsburg State (Nov. 23, 1996) ... scored two touchdowns in BearsÕ 41-7 win over Augustana (Nov. 16, 1996) ... scored a touchdown in four straight games from Nov. 2-Nov. 23, 1996 ... led the team with 72 rushing yards in a 44-27 romp over Mankato State (Oct. 5, 1996) ... had six catches for 112 yards in the 19-18 semifinal win over Clarion (Dec. 7, 1996).

1995: Redshirt season.

High School: Two-time all-state pick at Raton High School ... rushed for 14 TDs and recorded 11 tackles/game in 1994 ... placed fifth at state meet in 200-meters ... HS coach: Tom Vertovec.
