High School: Was a three-time First-Team All-Conference selection in football, as well as a two-time All-Conference pick in track & field for the Bulldogs... Was a two-year captain in both football and track & field as well as a three-year captain in basketball... Played both linebacker and wide receiver for the football team, where he earned four letters.

Personal: Is one of five children of Rick and Cheryl Palmer... Was born in Oklahoma City... Is majoring in business administration with an emphasis in management.
