2007: Played in 44 of the team's 51 games, starting in 24... Notched 23 hits, of which six were for extra bases... Tied for the team lead with six stolen bases, getting caught just once... Hit .223 with 13 RBI.

2006: Played in seven games and started in one before suffering a season-ending injury... Had a double and drew a walk in 10 at-bats.

2005 (at Otero JC): Had a .350 batting average and stole 28 bases... Was named both All-District and All-Region.

2004 (at Otero JC): Named to the All-Region Second Team after helping Otero to a second-place finish in Region IX.

High School: 2003 graduate of Smoky Hill... Two-time letterwinner in both baseball and football... Honorable mention All-Centennial League selection for the Buffaloes... Hit .346 with a .650 on-base percentage his senior season... Was also team captain of the football team, where he was a safety.
