Smallcomb Named To Mendocino Athletics Hall of Fame![]() RELATED CLICKS REDWOOD VALLEY, Calif. - Northern Colorado baseball coach Kevin Smallcomb was today honored by being inducted into the Mendocino College Athletics Hall of Fame along with three others. Smallcomb, who served as the Eagles head coach for 10 years from 1992-2002 before joining the Bears staff as head coach, is a part of the fifth induction class at Mendocino. During his time at Mendocino, Smallcomb amassed an overall record of 250-147. His squads reached the California Community College playoffs on four occasions (1994, 1995, 1996, 1999) and he was selected conference Coach of the Year in 1996. Smallcomb and the Northern Colorado baseball team start the 2010 season on Feb. 26 at New Mexico and their first as a member of the Great West Conference. |
