Northern Colorado Pro Day Set for Wednesday

National Football League scouts will be on the campus of the University of Northern Colorado for a Pro Workout Day on Wednesday. Five former UNC Bears will work out for the scouts beginning at 11 a.m., while 13 current UNC Bears will begin their workouts at approximately 2 p.m.

The former football players include Vincent Jackson, Chad Harter, Ryan Palmer, T'Chaka King and Josh Brewer. The names of the current UNC players will not be released until their workouts are complete on Wednesday.

The individuals will be measured for height and weight by the scouts. The workouts will also include a 40-yard dash, shuttle run and cone drills at Nottingham Field. The individuals will also perform in the weight room for the scouts.

The workouts are free and open to the public.
