Terrance Robinson joined the Northern Colorado staff in January 2011 as the Bears' running backs coach director of football operations.

Robinson spent the previous three years as the wide receivers coach and recruiting coordinator at Alcorn State, alongside current NC head football coach Earnest Collins Jr.

A 2007 graduate of Central Michigan with a bachelor’s degree in sports studies and child development, Robinson spent his first season after concluding his playing career as a graduate assistant with the Chippewas before moving on to Alcorn State. As a cornerback at CMU, Robinson helped lead the Chippewas to the MAC title in 2006.
