Home opener will air on Altitude
GREELEY – Northern Colorado Athletics and Altitude Sports & Entertainment have an agreement to broadcast the football game between Northern Colorado and Colorado Mesa on Sept. 8.
The game will still begin at 1:35 pm at Nottingham Field and will be the Bears home opener. It will also be the first contest between the Bears and Mavericks on the gridiron since 1997.
Altitude Sports & Entertainment can be found on Dish Network nationwide on channel 410 and on DirecTV on channel 681. In Eastern Colorado, it can also be located on Comcast Cable channel 25.
Northern Colorado now has five games this season which will be broadcast live. The season opener at Utah will be the inaugural game on the Pac-12 Network, at Montana State (Sept. 22) will air on Max Media in Montana, the homecoming game against Montana (Oct. 6) is on Root Sports and at Cal Poly (Oct. 13) will air on KSBY-TV in California.

In addition, through its partnership with ESPN Syndication and its own broadcast agreements with select conferences, Altitude will air Big 12, Big East, RMAC and WAC basketball, and Big East, WAC, and RMAC football games. Altitude carries local high school football games and regional college basketball games as well as minor league hockey, snow/extreme, and outdoor sports programming.
