2011: Redshirted

High School: Was an all-conference and all-state selection in his senior campaign on the gridiron at Golden... In basketball, was named to three all-conference teams and one all-state team and in track & field, earned all-conference honors three times as well as two all-state selections as a jumper... In his final year, had 25 receptions for 750 yards and 13 touchdowns... Averaged 20.6 points per game in his final basketball season.

Personal: Is the oldest of two children of Rick and Karin Evanson... Hopes to major in business at Northern Colorado... Born March 18 in Golden.
