Honors and Awards

2011:

2010: Played in all 11 games, tallying 27 tackles -- the highest total amongst freshmen... Also had 4.5 tackles for loss, 3.5 of which came in the final three games of the year and one pass break-up during the year... Notched a career-best six tackles at South Dakota and had multiple tackle totals in six of the contests.

2009: Redshirted.

High School: Earned six letters for the Spartans with three each in football and track & field... Was a National Football Foundation & College Hall of Fame Scholar-Athlete Winner... Named first-team all-state and all-Colorado by both the Rocky Mountain News and Denver Post... Was the Northern Conference Defensive Player of the Year in 2008 after leading Greeley West to the state title game... Three-time all-conference pick and led the state with 226 tackles as a senior... Four-time honor roll selection.

Personal: Is the youngest of two sons of Mark and Paula Miller with an older brother Jerel... Born April 8 in Greeley... Plans on majoring in sport & exercise science with an emphasis in athletic training... Also serves as a basketball coach for Special Olympics.
