2006 Rocky Mountain Shootout This Week Last Time Out Hillig placed ninth overall, with a time of 27:42 in the five-mile run through Monument Valley Park, leading four Bears who placed in the top-20. Following were: Jeff Holt (13, 27:49), Michael Trahan (17, 28:06), Alex Grimm (18, 28:07), Shawn Monk (35, 29:19), Ryan Woodman (37, 29:29), Jorel Torres (57, 30:46), Keegan Specht (58, 31:18), Zane Whobrey (60, 32:09) and Chris Turner (63, 32:32). Kintzley led the women with her eighth-place finish, finishing the 6k course in 24:06. She was followed by: Kellie Callahan (13, 24:42), Colleen Sanderlin (15, 24:45), Katie Wiederholt (17, 24:56), Allison McIntire (26, 25:36), Erin Apsey (31, 25:56), Rachel Forrest (38, 26:27) and Ema Thake (61, 29:27). New Program With Northern Colorado officially becoming a member of the Big Sky Conference on July 1, the Department of Athletics had to add each men's cross country and men's and women's indoor track and field as programs.
