High School: 2005 graduate of Pueblo Central... Earned three letters each in basketball and baseball, playing both first base and pitching for the Wildcats... Won the SCL batting title and was a first-team all-conference selection as a senior after hitting .587... Also helped lead the basketball team to a SCL title and the semifinals of the 4A state championship.
