Northern Colorado Parts Ways With @unco_mbb Head Coach B.J. Hill

The University of Northern Colorado announced today that the contract for head men's basketball coach B.J. Hill has been terminated.
"Athletic Director Darren Dunn and I are committed to ensuring the integrity of the men's basketball program," UNC President Kay Norton said. "In light of that commitment, and in the best interests of the program moving forward, we have made the difficult decision to terminate the contract of head coach B.J. Hill."
UNC is collaborating with the NCAA on an investigation into allegations of NCAA violations within the men's basketball program.
Consistent with NCAA expectations, the department won't be able to comment further until the investigation concludes.
A national search for the position is underway.Â
